Phone ATO Tax Refund Notification Scam

We have just received an email from the ATO. We all know that banks and the ATO do not send us emails. They just don’t! So when you get one you should be very suspicious.

The ATO have space on their website explaining what you should beleive and ignore.

The Email looked like this – but the attachment was the gotcha asking for your Credit Card details.
