Phone How do I send a print screen to IT Support

To send an error message to IT Medic please follow the instructions below:

  1. While the error is on the screen press the “Print Screen” button on the keyboard. The “Print Screen Buttton is normally above the Home and End butttons. This will copy the screen contents into the clip board.
  2. Write a new email to IT Medic (helpdesk@itmedic.com.au), type in the subject and short message, then at the end of the message perform a “Paste” function. (Press “Ctrl” + “V”)
  3. A screen dump will be included in the email and make finding the problem much easier.
  4. Send the email to helpdesk@itmedic.com.au giving us description what you were doing when the problem happened.
