While the error is on the screen press the "Print Screen" button on the keyboard. The "Print Screen Buttton is normally above the Home and End butttons.
Write a new email to IT Medic (support@itmedic.com.au), type in the subject and short message, then at the end of the message perform a "Paste" function. (Press "Ctrl" + "V")
A screen dump will be included in the email and make finding the problem much easier.
