- We will know there are system problems before you do using our RMT (IT Medic Remote Management Tool)

- The RMT performs proactive scanning on your systems once a week, and contactly listens for problems.

- Comprehensive measuring of your computer system Health via pur monthly Health report.

- Faster problem solving as we are familiar know your systems.

* There will be times when we have to perform Triage to determine the priority of support tasks processed. Support Packages automatically give you a higher prioriy.
