We will keep your systems running as efficiently as possible by performing monthly maintenance tasks on all your computers. Our IT Medic Remote Management Tool (RMT) will allow us to perform tasks in the middle of the night, thereby making your computer available for use all day, every day.
If you have problems during the day call us and we can remotely connect to your PC and fix the problem on the spot, or schedule a job to do it over night.

Packaged support is cheaper than paying our casual support rates, and we will constantly monitor your systems using the IT Medic Remote Management Tool (RMT).

Monitoring of your Server
- Checking the Backup is running successfully
- Perform a trial restore every couple of months to make sure the backups are successful.
- Anti-Virus software is up to date
- Anti-Virus scans are run weekly or nightly on the servers to keep virus’s saved in files to minimum.
- Checking the Windows Event logs for Errors
- Monitoring disk space on the server.
- Applying Windows Security Updates
- Applying Windows Service Packs to the Server
- Checking the UPS batteries on servers and PCs
- Keeping Email Spam under control
Monitoring your PCs
- Anti-Virus software is up to date
- Anti-Virus scans are run weekly or nightly on the servers to delete virus.
- Checking the Windows Event logs for Errors
- Monitoring disk space on the server.
- Applying Windows Security Updates
- Applying Windows Service Packs to the Server
- Run Spyware scans each week to keep spyware at a minimum.
- Check your Firewall is working correctly.
- Make sure staff don’t visit inappropriate websites (porn, etc.)
Monitoring your Network
There will be times when we have to perform Triage to determine the priority of support tasks processed. Support Packages automatically give you a higher priority.
