The Health Check monitors will raise alerts when a problem is found so we know about it before you do. When we find a problem,* the built in Remote Control utility in RMT allows IT Medic to connect to your PC and fix the problem remotely. Even if your laptop is on the other side of the world!

We remove any spyware found, delete temporary internet files, cookies, and defrag the hard disk. Any serious errors on the computer will raise alerts, so we can catch these errors
early before they become disasters.
